After 15+ years of experience and countless weddings, I can offer suggestions for optimizing lighting, background, and coordinating the parts of your day to capture the most beautiful images.

All wedding collections include a complimentary engagement session at a location of choice. Engagement sessions can also be purchased separately as a portrait session.

FAQ
Do you have wardrobe recommendations for engagement and family sessions?
Yes! I am happy to work with you when making wardrobe decisions. Above all, I want you to be comfortable and to feel like "you"! But I am happy to offer suggestions regarding color palettes (soft, neutral colors often look the best in natural settings). Ideally, you want to coordinate looks without being "matchy-matchy." I welcome wardrobe changes and clients often shoot in 2 different outfits, usually choosing one fancier and one more casual.
How do we choose the location for our shoot?
We work together to find a location that is right for you . . . I am drawn to natural settings with beautiful light, but I am happy to find a place that is special for you! The beach, cute downtown areas, wide open fields . . . the possibilities are endless!
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
After our session, I get to work culling, editing, and building your gallery from the hundreds (and even thousands) of images we capture. I usually have your full gallery built and delivered to you within 1-2 weeks for a family session, and 3-4 weeks for weddings.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Fill the contact form on this site, or feel free to reach out directly via email. I will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
2. Sign Contract
Once I have answered any questions you may have, you can officially reserve your date for your family session or wedding by submitting a deposit and signing a photography conrtact.
3. The Big Day
We work hard to let you simply enjoy this day and capture all of the special moments for you. We want you to be as relaxed as possible, which we know can be hard as you wrangle kids for a family session or stress about wedding details, but try to focus on enjoying yourself in the moment!
4. Photos & Prints
After the wedding, I get to work culling, editing, and building your full gallery. Once it is ready, you will be able to view and share all images through a password-protected online gallery. Professional prints are available for purchase directly from the site, or you can also order and download digital files to use as you wish.

What are the steps after we fill out the form?
I will touch base just as soon as I can to answer any questions and go over pricing, details, and availability. A deposit of 25% reserves your date for weddings and/or portrait sessions. I understand that this is an important investment, so I am always happy to set up a call or in-person meeting to see if we are a good match!
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
ABSOLUTELY! I'm happy to chat and answer any questions at any point of the planning process.
Are the travel fees included in your packages?
Any travel with a radius up to 50 miles is included in all session and wedding pricing. Beyond that, I am always ready and willing to discuss arrangements for travel!
Do you use a 2nd shooter?
Yes! A 2nd shooter is included in all wedding packages.
What can we expect for a Family/Senior/Newborn Portrait Session?
For portrait sessions, I work hard to capture both traditional posed shots as well as many more interactive, candid images. I want to capture YOU in YOUR element, interacting with your loved ones and perserving memories for years to come. Sessions are 60-90 minutes at a location of your choice.
